Our task was to propose an interesting theme of the event along with attractions and set design, as well as a coherent artistic concept based on Poland’s Christmas traditions. The idea was to organize a trip around the country in order to discover or recall the traditional flavors of Christmas cuisine.

Several hundred BZWBK managers from around the country met in a historic palace located in the center of Warsaw. Sophisticated interiors have been highlighted with light and complemented by holiday decorations. The event was hosted by Marzena Rogalska who had the pleasure to announce the culinary impressions related to Christmas. There was also a performance by Zakopower which added a powerful character to the event.

The event was characterized by energy, style and tradition, carefully selected venue, tasteful decorations and gifts with class. Everything was structured around the spirit and atmosphere of traditional Christmas.
