EXPERIMENTAL PLOT SERVED AS ARENA FOR MEETINGS, PRODUCT PRESENTATION AND JOINT CELEBRATION
JETEVENTS organized BASF annual meeting during which the company’s representatives met with key clients during outdoor events called Field Days. The agency’s task was to organize meetings in a comprehensive manner along with a thematic setting for each event, with particular emphasis on the display of their new and well-known products, as well as the creation of activities and competitions in close connection with the nature of individual products.
The agency has precisely planned logistics and it carried out promotional activities which took place on actual plantations. In each location, there were built “BASF field towns” with tent halls, a stage, activity zones, parking lots and catering infrastructure. Visual communication was an important element of the events, including excellent branding of BASF and their individual products.
The long-term cooperation of JETEVENTS with BASF and its clients has helped in preparation of activities and attractions which appealed to recipients. For example, proper communication before the events has significantly influenced the high attendance. The activities were implemented in a light but substantive form and were very well received by the participants.
